What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service cost.
Do you accept walk-ins?
While we welcome walk-ins when possible, we highly recommend making an appointment to ensure availability. Walk-in availability depends on our current schedule and may involve waiting times.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and digital payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Gift cards are also available for purchase.
